Vision: To provide quality programs and services that will ensure all students in the state of Georgia are performing above grade level and will graduate from high school within four years with the skills required to be successful in college.
Aspiring to be a major influence in the lives of children, Mr. Scott decided to pursue a career in education. In 2002, he received a Bachelors of Science degree in Middle School Education from Armstrong Atlantic State University. After which, he obtained a Masters degree and an Education Specialist degree in School Administration from Cambridge College, respectively. He is currently pursing his Ph. D.
Mr. Scott has experience in the classroom teaching primarily mathematics, but has also taught social studies and reading. In addition, Mr. Scott has four years of experience serving as an assistant principal (two years on the middle school level and two years on the high school level). Currently, Mr. Scott is an assistant principal at H.V. Jenkins High School with Savannah-Chatham School District.
