The Educational Hotline is designed to educate and up-date the local community about Liberty County Public Schools.  The show will be hosted by Mr. Marcus Scott, a former student and employee of Liberty County School System.  He is currently an assistant principal at Jenkins High School in Savannah Chatham County Public School System. Mr. Scott is also the President/Founder of Scott’s All*Stars, a program that provides academic assistance, requires community services, teaches basketball skills and drug prevention, and mentors young males.

The Educational Hotline will discuss such topics as board policies, code of conduct, student attendance, staff roles and responsibilities and other important topics concerning our school system.

The show will provide factual and documented information to the public regarding important topics that concern the local school district.  Special expert guests will be invited to assist in certain show discussions.

The Educational Hotline will attempt to work in conjunction with the Liberty County School district to help promote positive activity in the public school system.  Each week a Liberty County school will have the opportunity to highlight any positive information, activities, or events going on at there school.

The show will also serve as a voice of the community by accepting live call-ins during the show for questions and concerns that relate to our school system.  All major questions and concerns will be forward to the Liberty County Board Members and Superintendent of Schools or his designee for action.

It is my sincere prayer that this show will help inform and educate our community regarding all aspects of the Liberty County Public School System.
